As a computer helpdesk professional at Sprinter Sports, my experience has been truly dynamic and demanding. I have provided technical support to hundreds of employees at head office and numerous stores across Europe, efficiently addressing a variety of technology issues. Additionally, I have actively participated in the implementation and configuration of systems, ensuring optimal performance at all levels. Being part of a team that operates 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, has added an additional dimension to my role, involving constant availability to address critical issues and ensure operational continuity. Ticket management, effective communication, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance have been essential in this fast-paced environment, and it has been rewarding to contribute to the company's technological success in this non-stop operating environment.

As a full stack developer at Europrodat Consultores, I have helped in the development, programming and design of documents in PDF format, using the PHP FPDF library. Additionally, I have built my skills in HTML, Javascript and PHP for creating interactive forms. Specifically, our company is dedicated to the creation of specialized data protection documents adapted to the specific needs of each project. This role has been important in combining data security with a visually professional and functional presentation, thus improving the user experience in the management and protection of sensitive data.
